Is there any limit for the baggage per person?

We do have a limit for baggage per person. However, you can contact us before your trip, and we will guide you if you can bring extra luggage.

Do the buses have on-board restrooms?

Our small group buses do not have on-board restrooms, but we frequently stop for breaks. Our full-size 56-passenger coach buses include on-board restrooms for use on longer journeys.

Do you offer a refund on cancelled bookings?

Yes. You can get a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the trip. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your request.

Do all vehicles come with a driver?

Yes. All Star Trans vehicles are provided with a professional, licensed driver. We do not offer self-drive rentals.
